We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have owned body shops in NV and AZ for the past 20 years. Mike knows what occurred. We are patient people, we understand things take longer sometimes than anticipated and we don't have a problem with it taking longer than we were originally told. We were just in the middle of moving and a job change and needed information in order to communicate with the job and housing waiting on us. I simply called to find out what day we could tell his new job to expect us only to be yelled at. Ive honestly never been treated like that and it was completely unexpected and honestly really upsetting during an already really stressful time. I understand that he's the owner and doesn't care about customer service and there won't be any repercussions for acting like that but maybe just try to care about people and be a little understanding of people's circumstances in the future.

Super exceeded my expectation. Flagstaff Collision Center is the best repair shop ive been to. When it comes to their location and building it was an awesome experience. Its clean, spacious, great and accomodating staffs. Special thanks to Mike Whittemore he nailed it from the start to finished of our transactions he facilitated it smoothly. The car was fix good as new. I am grateful no words can explain how happy I am for the services and the outcome of my car. I definitely recommend them.
