I would definitely go back again. However, if you want to know what is going on with your car, it's best if you walk in to find out. Great work, with friendly high integrity people, but customer communication is not the best.

I think that Flash's auto body shop did a great job on my car. Specifically kudos to Ryan who did a great job handling my concerns.

I would rate the customer service I received when I visited their place to be a 10. However, their responses to my email were lacking (delayed response, didn't answer all of my questions), and their responses to my text questions were less than stellar (delayed responses, didn't answer all of my questions).
