I would definitely go back again. However, if you want to know what is going on with your car, it's best if you walk in to find out. Great work, with friendly high integrity people, but customer communication is not the best.

I think that Flash's auto body shop did a great job on my car. Specifically kudos to Ryan who did a great job handling my concerns.

However, their responses to my email were lacking (delayed response, didn't answer all of my questions), and their responses to my text questions were less than stellar (delayed responses, didn't answer all of my questions).

They are a great shop. My car looks amazing. However, I am cautious about referring people now because no one got back to me about the wind sound in my car.

The car looks beautiful. However a trim was replaced and the car sounds windy when you get above 40mph like something was not completely sealed. The car was completely quiet before. Also the lighted lip on the back of the car was replaced. The windshield wiper fluid works but it no longer has a direct spray. It just leaks all over. So over all I’m satisfied with the beautiful look of the car but not as satisfied with the function of a few of the repairs. Also, Ryan was awesome and helped me a lot with the repairs and the cost to get my car repaired. He was honest and upfront about the cost and time to fix the car.

Ryan was great to work with. However I talked with Mike about getting the wind sound checked and I was never contacted after that.
