Ideal Autobody services of Floral Park provided outstanding service from start to finish. After my car suffered significant rear end damage in a double impact collision, Leo, Chen and Tim went above and beyond to manage every moving part of the repair process. They brought a great level of transparency and professionalism to a situation that I normally find stressful, handling the paperwork and clearly explaining the insurance claims process so I knew what to expect. They were courteous and patient throughout the entire experience, and offered free and convenient pick up and drop off services and regular communication regarding repair updates. When I received my Rav 4 back, the back of the car looked brand new and they surprised me with a complementary car wash and a full interior and exterior cleaning. Before I left, Leo walked me through the completed repairs and set clear expectations for their lifetime guarantee. The autobody industry is often beset by parts delays and high prices, and I was bracing myself for some of that. However, the team at the Floral Park location runs an honest business with a genuine human touch and I highly recommend them for their transparency, courtesy, professionalism and quality of work and service.
