I had to wait a little longer than the estimated completed time. They were very kind and nice and said the right things. That’s the only reason it’s a 9 instead of 10. The work done was really good. My car looks fantastic.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with ideal floral park. From the beginning to the end they were very kind, knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond my expectations, my car was repaired quicker than expected and it literally looked like a brand new car when completed, it was even detailed on the inside. Highly recommended for all auto repairs. A very pleasant and easy experience, they handled everything for me and the communication was great!
