The repairs seem to have been well done, but took two weeks longer than it should have whoever the quality seems to be there

Inconsistently would answer the phone. I had to go in person several times to get an update on what was happening with the repairs

Car was totaled, no repair performed.

Getting any information from the center was difficult, at best. Also pointless, as every status update they gave me was wrong up until they told the insurance company it was totaled.

I would but I would let whoever I’m recommending them too to be aware that the turn around time is longer than expected. It looks like an accident never happened.

The finished work is great and it looks like I never had an accident! Bring more upfront about a completion time frame would have made this a much smoother process.
Customer Service - 4.0/5.0 -
They answered every call and text but a more upfront approach to a completion time would have been less stressful and when it wasn’t t ready it would have been nice to get a follow up not just wonder why the car wasn’t ready yet. They detailed the inside of car, brought to service and delivered my vehicle to work. They did great.

By all accounts the body work turned out well, but I would hesitate to refer friends here for a few reasons: 1) an estimate of 2 weeks of work time turned out to be well over 2 months, 2) It took being pro-active on my part to get time estimates, 3) when I received the car the "check engine" sign was on and very shortly after driving off the lot the "check hybrid system" alarm system went off. It took a visit to the service dealer to get this sorted out.

no one answered the phone many times, projected completion changed multiple times maybe three or four

The repair work was fine, but it required a lot of follow up on my part. I left the car for 10 days when on vacation and nothing was done. When I returned, the parts were ordered. I was told they would take two days to arrive. Two weeks later I called back and apparently the parts had just arrived. Communication was difficult as there is not a way to leave an automated message, and messages left with humans generally were not returned. Maybe the admin team at the collision center is understaffed? On a good note, they were very friendly.

Flow collision center had my vehicle for 7 weeks and returned it to me without it being completely fixed. Collision sent it to Subaru service where the diagnostic codes were resolved. I subsequently heard from Service that my car was ready. I returned the rental and thought all was good only to find out now that it is not fixed (nearly 2 months later). Collision and Service are unable to get a loaner vehicle for me and more rentals are not an option.

The were varied issues all along the way, not the least of which was (and continues to be) really poor communication and follow up. Once we were finally able to pick up our vehicle, after waiting for 2.5 months for an appt, after another nearly 7 weeks for completion of repairs and more than $12k, the quality is very poor and needs to be addressed. I met with Jason Cooper Monday morning, 4 Mar., he took pictures of everything wrong, agreed that it would be taken care of asap, and that Jennifer would call within the next day or two. By Wednesday afternoon , I'd still heard nothing from her or anyone else, and I called. It went straight to voicemail (as it always has this entire time) and I'm still waiting. So, no. We are not happy, and neither is State Farm.

They said they would give me updates as they worked, but after a week, I hadn't beard anything and I needed to email on my own volition to see how my car was doing. They also found more damage on my car and made additional repairs without telling me, leading to many extra charges, much more than I was originally quoted for.

While they did a great job on the vehicle itself I would warn others about their lack of communication. Right before I took my car in my father tooks his car to Caliper Collision and they called him everyday to let him know where they were in the process.

I realize that the collision center is very busy and maybe short staffed but I ended up paying an extra thousand dollars for a rental car because it took so long.

I waited a long time, called and emailed and didn't get an answer until they were working on it. Then the tech who was working on it was out sick and it was not worked on for three days. The team helped me by putting another tech on it and I was able to take it on vacation but the stress of not knowing was difficult on me and my family
