I really appreciated the texting communication with updates on the status of my repairs. I also am grateful that the team was able to accommodate my request to finish the repairs before June 26th as we are leaving on a family vacation and I really needed my SUV back ASAP. Amanda, my advisor was great She kept me updated throughout the whole process. On the other hand after the repair team completed the repairs and my car got transferred over to their paint team that’s when things got messy I am highly disappointed consider my car is brand new and there should not be speckles of white paint throughout my dash board, on the outside of my car white paint on my black trim, and in the backseat there is speckles of white paint. Flow will no longer get any of my business. If you have a new car and would not recommend getting your repairs or paint done there.
