Customer service was horrible. We talked or Texted "Flow" starting 3/31/2026 We were told 3 or 4 different things concerning the repair work & completion. Initially we were told it would take a month! Then started getting texts with a date of 4/15/2026 We were told it was parts causing the delay... Then the new date of completion was 4/23/2026. When we called that date to make sure it was finished (so we didn't drive 40 miles) in vain... the contact person was at the doctor then a few hours later, the person was at lunch. After pressing for a manager I was told the date was changed again to Friday 04/24/2026. We picked up Friday 04/24/2026. Needless to say after calling Progressive to voice our dissatisfaction we will NEVER recommend FLOW for anything in the future. I kept the text chain if anybody cares to review this transaction.
