Amanda went WAYYYY ABOVE what she needed to do. She was hopping around on one foot trying to make sure I got my windshield wipers fixed and that I was satisfied with the job the staff did on the hood of my car. Amanda is and was one of the most sweet individuals I have come across in a long time. There was also a young fellow who was also VERY helpful. He took time to put the windshield wipers on for he.

The staff was really kind when I needed things explained to me as this was my first car accident and I had no idea how things worked. It was SUPER easy to drop off my car, and pick it up. I hardly had to wait either time. I would 100% recommend Flow for people’s car needs and will be going back there in the future if needed.

Christian was very polite. He walked out and let me know about the work done to my car. He asked how I felt about the work, and allowed me to provide feedback on how happy I was about the work done, as well as the timeline with updates about my car. I don’t remember the receptionist’s name but she was very friendly when I walked in, and greeted me with a smile. Very pleasant experience overall.
