Flow Collision Center (Formerly Toyota West) is Franchised dealership Collision repair center, that has been in operation since 1988 in Statesville, NC. We are located at the crossroads of interstates 77 and 40, and service a wide customer base in Central NC. Current franchise lines at this location are Honda/Toyota/Scion. We are part of a Family owned dealership chain that includes over 30 different locations representing 20 different manufacturers in North Carolina and Virginia. We service all makes of vehicles, and specialize in minor to heavy collision repairs. We work with all insurance Companies, and have direct repair agreements with many. We are a full service facility with all the latest welding equipment, Frame/Unibody repair and measuring equipment, and 3 downdraft baking paint booths. Towing service, Replacement vehicles, Shuttle service are all available. We provide high quality repairs on a timely basis, and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our repairs.

I’d give my honest opinion.

My frustration isn’t with the work completed or the quality of the work. The original quote was $2600 to do the work, then I got a call a week later saying it’s gonna be a $5800 job. In addition, our pickup date was rescheduled three separate times. I paid for this repair out-of-pocket, and your team continually asked who the insurer was, just all around seems very disorganized.
