We are located at the crossroads of interstates 77 and 40, and service a wide customer base in Central NC. Current franchise lines at this location are Honda/Toyota/Scion. We are part of a Family owned dealership chain that includes over 30 different locations representing 20 different manufacturers in North Carolina and Virginia. We service all makes of vehicles, and specialize in minor to heavy collision repairs. We work with all insurance Companies, and have direct repair agreements with many. We are a full service facility with all the latest welding equipment, Frame/Unibody repair and measuring equipment, and 3 downdraft baking paint booths. Towing service, Replacement vehicles, Shuttle service are all available. We provide high quality repairs on a timely basis, and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our repairs.

This experience was terrible from start to finish after having my car for a month, I only received one phone call with an update. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process. I was repeatedly given inaccurate information about when my vehicle would be ready, and the promised completion dates kept changing. The lack of transparency, follow up, professionalism made this very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I was very disappointed in the service I received. I was told to bring my car on Monday. I proceeded to get a rental car and I did not hear anything so I called on Wednesday and they had not started working on my car due to fact that the paint was not ordered. That was not my fault. I trusted that things would be done in a timely manner. Due to this I had to pay for a rental car for 8 days. Needless to say I was not happy with the service I received.
