The two people that I dealt with in the office were very nice and professional. Had to stop back by to have a setting changed and they got to work right away and quickly solved my user error related issue!

I asked that the amber lights in my grill cover be repaired , they were completely disconnected instead, not repaired, I paid $400.00 extra for this! Not acceptable!

As long as I live, Flow automotive group will never get another dollar from me. Not one cent on repair, servicing or purchasing a vehicle from Flow, I will go back to Raleigh or Asheville for my third VW. $1,500 to paint a roof black is completely insane, congratulations on fleecing me. I have told a dozen people about my horrible experience and we'll tell a dozen more. The folks at flow paint and body are the reason people don't trust repair shops and for good reason.

I've already answered this survey once, I will never ever give any business associated with Flow Automotive group another dollar in business as long as I live. $1500 to paint a 4 ft by 5 ft roof is outrageous and completely unjustifiable.

I was satisfied with the updates/communication and overall respect shown from the administrative staff and assistance they provided. I am disappointed with the mechanic/technician’s oversight’s that resulted in having to bring my vehicle back for repairs that should’ve been addressed and fixed.
