The whole process occurred very smoothly, from talking to the insurance company, taking the required photos, and then bringing the truck in to have the work done. The staff in the office helped us know what to expect. I liked the text updates.

Car looks wonderful! Like new! Delays were not Flow's fault. It took extra time for adjuster approval and ordering parts. Was well worth the wait!!!
