Estimate for repairs was 3 weeks. I called Flow after 14 days and was advised they were waiting on parts. I called an after several more days and was advised they were working on it. It would have been helpful to have the body shop reach out to me with information to help with my planning/availability.

dents and scratches left on car over spray on hood ,they had car 16 days when i got it back had to call insurance company and take car back another 4 days because job was done very sloppy im very disatisfied
