From the beginning ,they listened to my concerns. They knew how important getting the work done right was to me . I was given frequent updates and progress reports. The repair was just what I had in mind. Afterall, this is my second repair in the last four months. You probably won't, but if you look up awesome in the dictionary, you should find flowbody works. I would absolutely recommend Flow Paint and Body to anyone that needs even a little repair. They are really easy to work with, the front office team is extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care.

Excellent repair quality. They hit every little detail and then some. My Buick was washed and the front seat area appeared to be vacuumed.

Everyone was very accommodating, honest and extremely helpful. I am horrible at remembering names but the ones that are signed on to my repair experience did an outstanding job. I do remember Judy because she was recommended to me by a family member; and I talked with Jonathan several times on the phone. The service crew did an excellent job of keeping me updated with text messages as my Buick transitioned through the different repair stations.
