While the repair to my car took a little longer than expected, it was because the Flow workers took pride in their work and saw some paint imperfections they weren’t happy with and re-did. I’ve bragged on them several times to friends. When I did get my car, it looked every bit as good as if it were just being driven off the showroom floor.

I brought my 2025 in for repairs. While the staff was polite and completed the work in a timely manner, I am disappointed that the replacement part was not thoroughly inspected before painting. The part now has visible blemishes and the paint appears flat compared to the rest of my vehicle. I was also told this issue has to go back through my insurance, but I do not understand why this cannot be addressed under the shop’s own inspection or parts warranty process. I would like more clarity on their procedures and accountability for the quality of work.

Quoted a much lower price for repairs than what was actually charged. My car was drivable after accident and I could have continued to drive until repairs were started. They had car for 2 weeks before any repairs were done. I had to pay for a rental car during that time.
