I loved that y'all made it clear several times that the original number was an estimate and that it might go up once things progressed. So when a couple things did, it was no surprise. Then the timeframe was expressed and then daily reminders and got done a day early. So much better than over promise and under deliver! Thanks so much for a great experience

Beautiful repair job. My one comment is that I thought you would have disposed of the part of my car that was knocked off in the accident. It was in the trunk.

When I picked up my car on 6/19/26 I noticed a chip in the paint. A manager checked and was to check the schedule for it to be fixed. I thought she would call me later that afternoon with an update. Never heard from her. I left a message on 6/22/26. I am on vacation this week and am unable to make any plans until I see when I can bring my car back. My husband also noticed a second chip.
