Repair was good, appears a small scratch along the handle appeared that wasn’t present before the accident but I took it to the shop and they applied some paint in attempt to cover up the scratch. Aside from that everything else looks great.

As mentioned, it was my first real "accident" and insurance claim and the customer service was EXCELLENT. I was also routinely updated during the process and the car was ready exactly when they said it would be.

The quality of service and customer service was great. My only reluctance was that there wasn't a clear plan to deal with the check engine light, which made me briefly feel like I wished I had taken the vehicle to the dealer to begin with. But that was ultimately taken care of. And your shop was much more responsive than I feel my dealership would have been.

The work was excellent but the car was initially returned with check engine light on and a apparently a number of codes hadn't cleared. that shook my confidence briefly. But in the end it all seemed related to an aging battery that conked out while the car was sitting idle during repairs. The issue was ultimately resolved to my satisfaction but that did make me nervous.
