Your customers would be better served if you performed parallel rather than sequential work. Waiting for the bodywork to be finished before checking the mechanics caused significant delays. In the early stages, while body parts were on order, getting the car to a mechanic to assess necessary repairs would have allowed for parts to be ordered in a timely manner. Being 27 days past the promised completion date cost me over $1,500 in out-of-pocket rental car fees, which I was left to handle alone. As a result, I am not happy with my experience. 2 out of 10; I would not recommend

Would have done a 10 but I stopped getting updates after it went past the anticipated date. I'm sure the Christmas holiday didn't help but I was a bit in the dark for about a week.
