The repairs were excellent, the truck came back clean (it was very dirty since we go to farms with it), the customer service was phenomenal, the text messages with updates were great and I will definitely recommend this shop to other people and will bring in my other vehicle for repairs as well. The staff at Flower Hill were all very friendly and accommodating. They kept me apprised of the status of the parts, when they were received, coordinated a time to bring my vehicle in for the repairs and completed the work in 2 days as promised. All-in-all a very satisfactory experience. I would recommend your shop to anyone in need of auto body work.

The work that I paid for out of pocket was not done to the same standard the the insurance work was done, I agreed with Ed that the out of pocket work would be done for $500K. Nothing was mentioned about an extra charge for not paying in cash.
