Everybody involved was beyond helpful and kind. The nice lady who helped me at Flower Hill (please forgive me I forgot her name but she likes cats just as i do so she’s awesome) was patient, walked me through the steps and ensured that I was being taken care of the whole way. Would recommend and will come back to this location!

The car was side swiped on Xmas day. My whole driver side, the wheel, and the passenger door dented in and scraped. 2025 Honda parts so I knew that the parts might take some time but in actuality they came quicker than i thought. Flowerhill- From picking up the car and bringing it to their shop was seamless. They were also very responsive even during the holidays which was great. They have a great text system that communicated to me and my dad what process the car was in the repair which helped us plan our schedule. They answered all my questions. The car looks brand new. The detail was impeccable. From the communication at the front desk with Adi assisting me with getting my rental booking. From the explanation of the quoting from Ed. From the manager David giving me a guarantee that parts and safety of the vehicle come first. Kudos to the guys inside all whom I can’t name for the assembly. Definitely sturdy as I looked at every nook and cranny of my car. I know they ensured my car was safe for me and my family. To Wilmer the body assembly guy handing me my keys direct to me. Showing me what was done in detail and handing me a booklet of a detailed invoice and parts. What a plus! All I had to do was return the rental. I recommend this place to my family and friends and anyone who needed a place to get it taken care of and properly. It takes a village to make an operation like this work, love the team work guys.
