I would say the work is top notch and that matters most. But I would agree with what my insurance guy said when he recomended it "they are impossible to get a hold of:. Thats your reputation, so keep that in mind.

When I spoke to people they were awesome, but that was rare. I was always the one to reach out, and the timing was never right until after the 4th delay. I know things happen, but its hard to share how expensive and life challenging it is to have my primary vehicle in a shop for ~2 months, and some updates here and then would have helped for sure. Again, everyone I spoke to was great, but I below past my insurance rental car in a week and this ended up costing us a lot in rental car fees and a lot of time given that I made plans on each date they said it would be ready, to find out that morning it would not. (had to go back, get a new car, etc.)
