It seems that someone did not hear a loud noise caused by a part that was not fixed. Now the car has to be brought into the shop to be evaluated to identify the cause.. Then on another day brought back for repair.

I will not recommend the location where my car got transferred for service. I will go back to the location. I have used previously on Seaboard Lane in Franklin, where I initially dropped off the car for the service. They told me that they had too many cars and they needed to transfer my car to this nearby location, so I did. I will not do that again.

I dropped my car off on July 9. I received it 53 days later on 8/31. I attempted to pick it up three times. The first time the lift the gate was out of alignment, and you ended up having to order another part. The second time the bumper was not aligned with the sensors and you ended up having to order a new bumper. Quality control team obviously has some work to do to improve. The delays were mostly on the insurance side for the person at fault- their work insurance- was very hard to deal with and did not respond on dozens of attempts from your team and us.

The customer service was good. The notifications + tracking link that were automated were very confusing and conflicted with the personalized communications I received from The manager. Please change the automated messages and statuses because they are frustrating to receive, especially when they don’t align with the true status.
