Stephanie was super helpful and professional. When I needed to drop off my vehicle she was kind to move her own vehicle to allow me the space to park. Talk about going the extra mile. From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional, warm and approachable. The whole team made sure the process went smoothly and organized, which greatly reduced my stress. A big thank you to the whole team for their dedicated work, and I would especially like to praise Rodney, the service advisor, with whom communication was excellent. I received regular updates on the progress of the works, so I always knew what was happening. My 2016 Cadillac looks almost like new and I am absolutely delighted with the result.

I’m very happy with the quality of the repairs. I’m rating 9 out of 10 because The pickup date was changed at least twice, and unfortunately, when I initially picked up the car, the repair was not completely finished. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated the timely communication and their willingness to make sure everything was taken care of properly.
