Due to everything i've written about my vehicle being dirty and the lock not working.And the time it took and the lack of communication.I don't think I would ever return to ford of lincoln to have my vehicle repaired or recommended it

We have had 4 vehicles in for repair from minor to super major events . The cost from $2,000 to over $24,000 And with every event I'm amazed at how good the quality of repair service My wife and I are perfectionist and we keep our vehicles in spotless condition. The only issue I have had with Ford Lincoln Body Shop is with the vehicle being returned in the same condition that they received it! I understand that that have a cleaning service third party to clean the vehicles before the completion process and that is the only thing that Ford Lincoln Body Shop could improve on ! Excellent repair service to the max I highly recommend Them and they will always be my quality Body Shop ! Danny

Again TC, was great. However this dealership is to high in cost for labor and repairs. You can go 50 miles for 1/2 the cost. Great people that work there, leadership and vision is lacking at this dealer.
