I was told at drop off that I would receive phone calls when the job was about half done and then additionally when it was 1-2 days from being complete. The timeline I was given was 2.5-3 weeks. At 2.5 weeks, I had not received any call. I called and was told it should be finished end of week. The next week, I still hadn’t heard anything. I called again and was told it would be done Thursday. On Thursday, I heard nothing. I called on Friday and was told it was done and could pick it up at 3pm. If you’re going to promise regular communication on an approximate schedule, you should provide the regular communication. I didn’t receive a single call about my service; I always had to initiate contact, including on the day it was ready for pick up.

TC and the guys in the body shop were awesome. Roger was so nice to take time on a Saturday morning to address my problems. Then he put me in touch with TC who handled everything. It was the easiest repair experience I’ve had through a dealership. Thank you to TC and his staff for getting my vehicle back on the road.
