I am a claims adjuster with a large insurance carrier in Brentwood, and I deal with numerous body shops on a daily basis. Dealing with particular body shops in the Nashville area can be challenging and frustrating, but the entire repair process of my vehicle at Ford Lincoln of Franklin was nothing short of excellent, and hassle free. I received a text message when work began on my vehicle, when repairs were completed, and throughout the entire process. Since I purchased my Ford Fiesta late last year, and throughout my recent body repairs, I have never been more satisfied with the efficiency, attention to detail, hospitality, and my overall experience with Ford Lincoln of Franklin. And that's coming from an auto insurance adjuster that deals with body shops on a daily basis!! I have nothing but good praises for this dealership and their staff members and associates. Simply amazed.

Carl took the time to explain the process of repairing my F-150 back to factory specs. He kept me updated on the repair process while getting my truck finished a head of the time that we had discussed. The technichian did a great job on the repair. I drove across town to have my truck specifically repaired at Ford Lincoln of Franklin and so should anyone else. This dealership will continue to get my business. Thanks Carl for all your help!
