My parts order to get the repair estimate started never actually started. Because I have a Toyota, the Ford dealership "didn't want to be stuck with a Toyota part". After waiting almost a month to hear back from the dealership, I called them for a status on my new part and that's when they said that they never placed the order. If AAA is going to have an American Car maker dealer for car accident repair, the dealer needs to not have a bias against foreign cars and fix them. AAA adjuster should be more proactive and ensure that the customer's car is getting fixed.
