I was discouraged the first time I had to take my repair back, the second time I had to take my car back wasn?t so bad and now the third time I?m just over it... everytime I take my car for one problem they cause another

i opt out of replacing the drivers side step bumper. I was told by AAA that I could use that money to help pay for my $500.00 deductible. I also spoke with terry about a wheel for my spare tire . I wanted to see if i could afford this added cost. I was never supplied a cost till i arrived to pick my truck. appeares the parts department needed the box for a wheel they wanted to return to ford motor co. Terry fed me some BS about i had to buy this wheel or pay the $500.00 deductible. I never had a clear reason why I was force to purchase this whell. I am satisfied with the repairs. I will be purchasing a new F150 from Tom Milne next summer. I am very iimpress with tom, there is no BS and tom's sales treatment was the reason I chose Russ Milne for these repairs because i would recieved the same professional treatment from the bump shop. On top of the paint inperfections both my headlight assemblies squeak and rattle while going down the road

Claims adjuster never called when they were supposed to. I don't even know their name or phone number. AAA faced over the incorrect information to the dealership which made everything take longer.

Whole hood of car was not prepped properly for paint. Hood has pits all over it and other inperfections that I have to pay to get taken care of
