First of all let’s talk about Eli. That dude is legit. Great communication, deliberate updates, handled his business like a boss. Huge shout out for that man. Second, this was my wife’s hot rod. BMW convertible- she was devastated to have someone hit her ride. The Techs did a great job of making the car look new - cant tell it was smacked. This team was fantastic from start to finish. Way to go…

Great customer service, timelines and follow up. I thought my bumper was being replaced not repaired. Some how I did not capture that. I wish we would have discussed options given both sides of my bumper was damaged. I wanted a full repair for both sides. The place I went to before Formula 1 stated the bumper needed to be replaced.
