This company was 'par excelance"! The repair is extremely well done, their communication was everything one would expect and the staff was pleasant, understanding and prompt. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again...forbid that was needed.....

I couldn’t be happier with my Formula1 repairs AND the customer service, which was top tier. Todd was terrific and kept me informed every step of the way, thoroughly explaining the processes to me without “man-splaining.” And every time I’ve been there they have even washed my car for me! I cannot recommend Formula1 more highly!

I hadn’t been to Formula 1 in a long time, which is good, of course, but needed some body work done and I had the highest level of customer satisfaction that I always had from them. I hope not to see them again, but if I do have another unfortunate incident and need body work, Formula 1 is the only choice for me. Todd is professional and keeps you informed about the progress.
