Tod at the Tucson Office was EXCEPTIONAL. I've never had service so good. I think Tod should get a raise. He handled all of my Insurance requests in a heartbeat and called me to let me know when I could pick up my Car and return the loaner. SUPER Service! Thanks

Formula 1 did a great job on our repairs. We were kept in the loop as the repair process moved along. Our Insurance Company remarked to us that Formula 1 was very good to work with and made that part of the process easy to navigate. Todd worked our project in to their work schedule as they were booked solid for several weeks and we were on a time schedule to get the repairs made. Todd along with everyone that we met at Formula 1 was very nice. We highly recommend Formula 1 to anyone in need of quality repairs to their vehicle.

Formula One always does an excellent job. I wish USAA would just approve OEM parts immediately as the third party parts rarely fit properly, it's just a delay as they have to order both parts to prove the 3rd party parts don't fit. Such a waste of time and only save a few hundred dollars
