They were slow on updating what they were doing to the insurance company which led to the rental car company calling us a few times for payment. Payment that was covered by my insurance if they were kept updated by the shop.

The professionalism and attention to detail was superb at Formula 1. I loved the updates given on progress so much, it was great to be kept in the loop without having to ask. Great work on our Honda Ridgeline bodywork!

I am very happy with the paint job, and the repair, but the strip that goes on the door is peeling off, and I will have to go back and have it dealt with. I work, so this is a hassle, due to the fact that it is half an hour away, (hour round trip) and I will need to wait while it is done (another half hour) . I will deal with it when I have some time off.

Formula One returned my car in the same condition as when I purchased it and on the date i was told it would be finished.
