Communication was good but repairs took 4 times longer than quoted.

When my car was dropped off the starting mileage was written down. When I received my car back based on that mileage over 60 miles were put on the car. This doesn't make much sense because the only thing I had fixed was my bummer and the car should not have been driven around.
