Formula one is a wonderful place with knowledgeable, reliable & expert service. However the experience was made cumbersome, frustrating & disappointing with the ridiculous & unnecessary expenses passed on to me by the insurance company involved denying obvious needed repairs because of missing language in manuals still used to format approved repair costs no longer relying in the expert approved service repair people to repair the cars parts that were part of the door that was damaged but instead expecting “one use” parts to somehow be removed & put back on & passing the expense on to me the customer. So wrong! I pay my premium always and always on time . And when I need to use my insurance I am faced with this game of missing words in a manual so they choose to stick me with a cost that previously would never have been done. I am not happy with Progressive Insurance & the way they handled this nickel and dime game with the repair place & ultimately stuck me with 300.00 out of my pocket on top of a deductible that should have never been passed onto me.
