The repairs of the auto body panels that were undertaken by the staff, as well as the impromptu front end repair I asked them to perform, were all done exceptionally well. But, my car’s air conditioning sensor that makes the car blow cold air was somehow disconnected or disabled in the process, causing me to have to come back with the car immediately to have the staff repair it. The mechanic said this is a common problem. If that is true, then the car should have been tested and driven to make sure the A/C was working properly before I was called to come pick it up. It was annoying and time-consuming to have to return and wait for the car to be fixed again.

Fort Lauderdale Collision did a great job repairing my 2015 Ford Edge Sport after it hit a huge piece of metal that came flying off another vehicle on I-95 and tore off the bottom trim panels on the driver’s side of my car. They squeezed me in on a Saturday and even undertook another repair under the front grille of my car that I had not disclosed I needed fixed in my original appointment. The price for all of it was extremely good and below my expectations. The staff was great, and the repairs were top-notch. One minor glitch was handled immediately and professionally. This is my 2nd time using FTL Collision and I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Mario, the manager is always prompt and friendly in his interactions with me as the customer and gets estimates in lightning fast speed. The technicians who worked on my car are also top-notch in their field and gave me back a beautiful looking vehicle. You would never know it was damaged.
