This was a major repair and rebuild of my handicap custom full size van following an accident while on vacation in Orlando. I initially assumed that it was a total loss; however, Marc Decker assured me that Fountain Collision Center could repair the damage and make the Van as good as new. Being 1100 miles from the repair center, I was concerned that the repair would be marginal at best. Marc had to deal with issue that when beyond just sheet metal and structural damage such as removal and subsequent reinstallation of the handicap lift, finding replacement wheels since the original where no longer manufactured, remanufacture of the ground effect trim by the original manufacturer. During this repair Marc was in constant communication with updates and repair status to which I was very thankful. Because of all the non-typical replacement requirements, the repair took several months to complete. Marc did a fantastic job of being my on-site eyes and ears. I am happy to report that the finished product is as good as new. My heart felt thanks to Marc and the Fountain technicians for a repair well done.
