After taking my 2021 RDX to three different shops after my accident I had it towed to Fountain. The service team including Will and body shop with Mark were so helpful, communicative and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. I was very upset that the car got into an accident right after purchasing it five months earlier, but everyone that helped at Fountain really made the situation the best it could be.

I arrived at 10:15am on Saturday to pick up my car. The key to my car was missing. Since I had a spare at home, Mark drove me to my house to pick up it up and then back to the collision center. We were entertaining company from out of town. I should have been spending time with them. As of now, I still do not have the key.
