The staff did an excellent job! Thank you all very much for making this a stress event. Lyft was called and took me to Hertz, I was able to drop the rental at the shop. Everyone was professional and helpful and my car looks beautiful. Thank you again

No status updates or communication unless I initiated it. Poor level of customer service. Interior of car was dirty when retrieved, apparently no one uses disposable floor mats. Interior rear view mirror was still detached and it still occasionally falls off. Old shell was left in the trunk and I had to dispose of it. Just a poor experience overall
