As an insurance based customer I got the best service and quick answers. Overall they were kind. I had to ask questions about my service. The first person actually the first two were great. The entry/ exit was slightly confusing. The person when I picked up my car tossed me the key and said the exit is that way, and walked away (rudely.) I believe they may have missed a ding in the other side of the car that wasn’t listed on paperwork. So, good experience overall, but could have been better.
