Not the first time we've used FxF for car repairs and insurance claims. They were outstanding again from beginning to end. The line of communication was always open and Angela's customer service was great. She was really friendly. Our car was taken in quickly and we didnt have to have a rental car very long at all. We had an amazing experience with Fox and fox! We had our vehicle towed to Fox and fox from another auto shop where the experience was not great and switching auto shops was the best decision! From the very beginning Fox and fox was super friendly, they kept us informed the whole time, they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and even double checked when our check engine light was still on. We will be returning to Fox and fox for all future car issues.

Our experience moving to the end was wonderful. We or kept up to date the whole process. Every single person I spoke with whether it was the front desk person, the finance person, or the service team they were all wonderful. We found our new car place that we will be taking our cars too if they need fixed from now on!
