Fox and Fox has always been a reputable shop. Probably just newer employees that need to learn detail is very important in body work. It should look like new and you were never there.

Had a dent in new panel from a clamp. Took 2weeks longer than quoted and couldn’t take an extra hr to at least attempt to make it look undamaged.

Worst shop I’ve ever attended brought my truck out filthy to inspect. Didn’t repair paint chips from accident my truck drove like tank on highway major issues . All the paint work they did will need redone it was dust or something in paint. I had a broken a arm they said drove around town drives great 55 and up bounces down road. Beware do not use this shop unless u don’t care how your car turns out.

Everything looked good except they did not repaint the entire front bumper as promised. There are still some ding marks in it. Thank you for the Fox and Fox car freshner in my heat vent.
