From the start of the process to the finish The Fox and Fox team where very friendly, professional and helpful.. The service was exactly as explained.. Not only did they take care of my car related to my insurance claim needs when asked to checkout other issues I was having they handled it with professionalism and went out of their way to help find me the best deal for cost on parts.. I highly recommend their services..

Completely Satisfied - one thing that would be great customer service is that the customer service rep walks out to the finished vehicle to do a walk through with the customer. Not sure this is included in your process but would be a nice touch to make sure the customer is satisfied before they leave with the vehicle.

I noticed a couple of small things after picking up my car. I took it back, and Mike addressed them while I waited. He spotted something else that wasn't perfect and took care of that too. He said if there's anything else to let him know. My car looks great!
