Hi my name is Brad Kingsley and I am not usually a complainer. I hit a deer with my jeep. In the past my son hit a deer and you guys did an awesome job fixing his jeep, so always kept in the back of my mind how good of a job you guys did. When I came back in after completion of my jeep I had to come back three times the front blinkers were not hooked up the headlights one was pointing up one was pointing down so when you guys tried to adjust them found The part holds the headlight was broke and it was brand new. I was really hoping to have the experience like my son did. My headlight still is not fixed and I’m driving around with my light shaking all over the place. I would’ve thought that after a front end collision everything on the front end would be better than new or at least as good as new. I’m sorry to be an unsatisfied customer but I don’t feel that my complaint is out of question and Would hope to have my headlight fixed soon and adjusted properly thank you

Dylan seems to be a very nice young man. I guess wires got crossed our plans got changed on how to fix my jeep. He said something about replacing the headlights when I had him quote the job. My headlights are aftermarket so maybe they’re a little more expensive. I have my same headlights that work but the one bracket is broke and he said he was ordering a new bracket for me. I have one chrome ring on my headlight the other headlights black which is fine I can paint that. And he is working with me trying to get that part so my headlight I don’t shake like it does I just thought things were going to be on a little more on the positive side. I have nothing against Dylan he seems to be willing to help but I don’t like talking bad about anyone I would rather talk in person

That is the kind of service I received from Dylan from the body shop. it was so much above expectations that it made me believe I should be purchasing my next car from the Frank Beck dealership!

again can’t say enough about Dylan in the body shop! i’ve never met him before but after a few conversations with him it was obvious he is a rare breed of person who provides the highest level of customer service. I mentioned earlier I work in sales and customer service now but I also spent 10 years at Cabelas as the firearms manager and hunting department manager so I know what exceeding customer expectations is. We pride ourselves on legendary Customer Service I feel like Dylan did exactly that! he should be training other staff!
