The communication was extremely poor. I never got updates without me calling. I kept getting expected completion dates that continually got push back. I have a gentleman from the body shop department get very sarcastic with me when his projected completion date got pushed back for the 3rd time tell me that I was welcome to come get the Blazer if I didn’t mind it not having the door painted. I was upset enough to call and ask for the GM. They were off. I ended up speaking with the head of HR. She was very helpful. It took almost 3 months to get a door replaced and 4 side airbags. I was initially told by the body shop that it would take 2-3 weeks. If I had know the real timeline I would have gotten a rental much sooner vs. putting a ton of miles on my personal vehicle. The repair was for my work vehicle. I love your service department. I cannot say the same for your body shop

The Body Shop was absolutely awesome to work with however the detailing absolutely sucked I will never take anything back to them a toddler could clean a car better than them lazy fuc$$ did my truck was full of glass white dust
