It was a good experience. The only thing i would say a little more communication. I had to call and ask if the parts were ready on the day before my truck was due in. Other than that I was happy .

So much to say! First it sat there for four months before fixed. They never call you and don’t care that you have no ride. Then I pick it up and it was filthy inside. Thanks!! Then I Kelly blue book it because I had to buy a new car and it appraised for as much as the repair. That’s funny. Suppose to be 75% the value not 100%. It should have been totaled. Now it sounds loud with new paint gashes. I could not be anymore displeased. Guess they never want me back….

Total lack of communication on when the vehicle would be done. Was told you would have the vehicle 7 days to fix however you had it for 6 weeks. You never once reached out to me to tell me anything. I had to call or stop in to get information on my vehicle and this is very unprofessional!

It took a long time to get parts but staff was always super friendly when I kept calling for updates. I felt like an annoying Karen, but they were always helpful and kind. Awesome service. They forgot to hook back up my cruise control but I got it done. No biggie there.

Paint and body work looked great. However there was an interior piece hanging, also when I was driving it home there was no heat. Turns out they forgot to put coolant in it.
