The whole experience was great. My rental through Enterprise with setup and waiting for me the morning I dropped my car off to be fixed. I didn't have to do a thing. I really like the text message updates. And I like that since I couldn't get off before 4 p.m. I was able to pick up my car on Saturday morning. My right passenger mirror was a different color(not apart of the repair I brought my car in for) than the left and it was painted to match my car without even asking. My gas door was also a jammed closed and when I pick my car up it was repaired without even asking. My car was also clean to that was really nice too! The whole experience was great I loved it. I hope that I don't need to come back, but if I ever did I would definitely pick Frank Schrim again!
