Overall great experience!! Car was dropped off and was ready within the next few days. Waited two months for the parts to come in so I called to follow up and they were able to get me in for the coming weeks. Just wish someone would have reached out to me to schedule once the parts were in. Have no complaints about waiting - just wish there was better communication. Would recommend to friends/family.

You never replaced the mirrror on the drivers side of my Cadillac like we discussed when you took pictures nor did you give me a timeline on how long it would take to get the parts necessary to fix my vehicle in stock. I waited almost 2 months and could not drive my car or go to work!
