So impressed with Franklin Autobody from beginning to end! I picked up my car today after being repaired due to getting rear-ended, my car looks brand new, INSIDE and out. I wish there would have been more communication about the status of our vehicle. We were provided with two estimates of dates the car would be ready. We went right up to those dates without any updates to us that the vehicle was not going to be ready on that date. We had to reach out for information if it was going to be ready in time.
