I'm dumbfounded to understand how I can be contacted and told my car was ready for pick up, only to find that when I arrived no work was done, still eating on parts and wasn't sure about the part status. Obviously there is no quality check on finished product which also concerns me about the work still be be performed. I would not recommend your company and will inform lyle pearson Volvo since they recommend you.
