It took 4 months to get my car fixed!! The communication between the shop and my insurance company was excuse after excuse by both parties. Pick up the phone and take care of business!! So frustrating for the customer and nothing I could do to help things along just had to call and bug or push every other day to hopefully get my car back! After months of renting a car and $3k later and you holding my car hostage till you got paid from insurance you made me pay additional $450.00 just to get my car back on top of my $500 deductible payment. There has to be a better way of you negotiating with the insurance company, and then once you come to an agreement you fight it out with the insurance company who’s paying for what, not make the customer payfor you miscommunication and mistakes! And to make things worse there was so many things that you fixed that did not need to be and weren’t even caused by the accident. I told guy that when he first sent the bid to Allstate to take them off. So almost $13 THOUSAND dollars later more that the car is even worth it’s fixed So to say the least I’m super disappointed with my experience with this whole long drawn out mess!! Still cant believe it took 4 months to get my car fixed 🫤
